$100 — Compassion Seed

Supports right now:

  • Development of the SLCI Support Infrastructure

  • Legacy/life reflection work

  • Doula support supplies

  • Travel costs for home or facility visits

Lays foundation for growth:

  • Helps build volunteer training materials

  • Supports development of partnerships with local hospices, hospitals, and senior facilities

$250 — Care Expansion Builder

Supports right now:

  • Community-based support

  • Care coordination

  • Outreach events to educate the community about end-of-life care

Develop strong standards for quality. Some of this support includes:

  • Helping to develop and deliver training and onboarding for future volunteers.

  • Administrative infrastructure (software, forms, etc.)

  • Organizational & community outreach materials and informational packages.

$500 — Future Care Network Champion

Supports right now:

  • More consistent support to families in need

  • Respite care hours for overwhelmed caregivers

  • Facilitation of presence for bedside vigils

Enable expansion for holistic support:

  • Helps fund the creation of a multidisciplinary support team, including:

    • Certified Nurse Assistants for hands-on comfort care

    • Social workers for resource navigation

    • Trained volunteer companions

    • Additional doulas to expand reach

  • Funds recruitment and training for a diverse, community-rooted, care team
