The Debrief a supportive community for healthcare professionals to engage in honest conversation about the realities of caring for patients and families through death, dying, grief, and transition. This group fosters connection, reflection, understanding, and shared learning among colleagues who truly understand the work. This is our safe space to share specific moments, challenges, and ideas for improvement that impact our communities.
